dimensions with allowances for machining, thus fully covering the part to be heated and virtually
becoming the part itself. Most Cast in heat and cool bands are made to customer specifications.
The mass of metal surrounding the cast in heater provides a heat-sink of excellent thermal conductivity.
This results in high wattage capacity with overall low watt-density, prolong heater life, uniform heat
transfer, stable and high temperatures that can be precisely controlled and increased resistance to thermal
and mechanical shock.

and pressure in harsh environments with years of trouble free service. These Aluminium Casting Heaters
are available in various sizes and Max watt density of Aluminium alloy is 30 - 35 w/sq, Brass alloy is
40- 45 w/sq. Max temperature of Aluminium alloy - 350 °C, Brass alloy - 650 °C
